We schedule long appointments that are spent entirely with one-on-one in a private setting. We use that time to get an understanding of your concerns and goals, your background health, and who you are as a person so that we can serve you better in your health and wellness journey. We stay up to date on research so you feel confident that you are receiving evidence-based treatments.
