What To Expect

For your first appointment, you should schedule about an hour of your time. Paperwork will be sent to you beforehand to give us information about your overall health.

After your dietitian receives your paperwork, they will conduct a thorough history which includes questions about your goals and your general health.

Afterwards, you will have a discussion together about your goals and strategies moving forward.
